Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures to report concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.

We offer full training and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and career development, including:

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
  • Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG check
  • Free uniform

  • Learning from experienced colleagues in a supportive team
  • Colleague discounts at over 1600 high street outlets
