Position: Maintenance Operative

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with weekly coverage at The Denby, Huddersfield.

Role Overview: HC-One seeks a Maintenance Operative with experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning, and housekeeping. Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is required, along with IT skills. The role involves ensuring our residents live in a well-maintained environment, conducting audits, and keeping records. Tasks include replacing taps, fitting extractor fans, repairing timber, and decorating, all carried out with kindness and consideration.

Safeguarding: Recognising signs of abuse, harm, or neglect is essential. All staff must attend safeguarding training and know how to report concerns appropriately.
