A healthcare provider in Hawkesley seeks a skilled Maintenance Operative to provide maintenance support at Cygnet Wast Hills in Birmingham. Responsibilities include various repair and maintenance tasks, emergency repairs, and compliance with safety practices. Ideal candidates must have experience in maintenance, hold a valid driving license, and be able to communicate effectively. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Operative with a passion for making a difference to others. You will be working 40 hours per week, 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, at Cygnet Wast Hills in Kings Norton, Birmingham. Cygnet Wast Hills provides support for 21 individuals with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. The team can also support individuals who may be detained under the Mental Health Act, as well as those with complex behaviours or significant difficulties with social engagement. We accept emergency referrals and the team is experienced in managing them quickly and efficiently to ensure a smooth transition for the individual.
