Job summary

Dalkia UK in London is seeking a permanent, full-time Handy Person to join our facilities maintenance team at Golders Green. You will perform general maintenance and repairs across building systems.

The role runs 38 hours per week with Monday-Thursday 7.30am – 4pm, Friday 7.30am – 2pm, plus one Sunday per month. You should have practical skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks and safety checks; a proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision are

Qualifications

• Any relevant training courses will be beneficial.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Able to work without close supervision.

Hours

Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4pm

Friday 7.30am – 2pm

The Role

All general basic maintenance repairs such as:

• Painting and Decorating
• Carpentry
• Basic Plumbing inc. water treatment
• Basic electrical tasks
• Cleaning air handling units
• Emergency light and fire alarm checks
• Furniture repairs
• Any other ad-hoc duties
