Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our premium health and wellness clubs in the UK. You will maintain equipment, prioritise safety, and help deliver an exceptional member experience across our venues.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on technical skills (carpentry, plumbing, electrical) and hold a STA Pool Plant Operators qualification. A full driving licence to travel between clubs is essential, as are strong communication and active listening skills.

Qualifications

• Has technical skills or discipline (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, single-phase electrics).
• Holds a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
• Holds a full driving licence or can travel between clubs in your region.
• Exhibits strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills.
