Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep our club facilities safe and well-maintained for members across our network. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is fully functional, addressing maintenance needs and supporting a safe environment.

The role requires practical skills in trades, a Pool Plant Operators Qualification, and a valid driving license to travel between clubs as needed, with a focus on delivering an outstanding member experience.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or electrical trades.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) required.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel between clubs regionally.
• Strong engagement, communication and listening abilities.

• Exhibits strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills.
