Key Responsibilities

• Improve operational standards to positively impact the member experience
• Maintain high facility standards through preventative and reactive maintenance
• Engage with members to enhance their experience of DL facilities
• Support health and safety documentation and requirements
• Address member feedback and resolve complaints promptly
• Manage repairs and ordering systems following procedures
• Share knowledge with peers and team members
• Work out of hours as needed

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, or single-phase electrics – Essential
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) – Desirable but trainable
• Customer service excellence
• Strong listening and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Full driving license or ability to travel between clubs (for multi-site roles) – Essential
