Working in a mobile role, as Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining multiple hospital/healthcare sites in Bristol and the surrounding area.
The role is varied, involving responsive/reactive repairs in a 'multi-trade' capacity, including lamp changes, plumbing works, changing taps, fitting washers, and general fabric repairs.

Previous experience in building maintenance is essential, preferably within the NHS or for a contractor servicing NHS facilities. Alternatively, experience in commercial maintenance (hotels, schools, supermarkets) is acceptable.
A recognised NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing or another building trade is desirable.
