About the role:

  • Based @ Croydon Place Care Community
  • Full Time, Monday - Friday
  • 9am – 5pm shifts

Role responsibilities and requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
  • Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential
  • Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis
  • Liaison with external contractors where required
  • Lawn and garden maintenance as required
  • Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
