Maintenance Officer (Aged Care) - Camberwell

We’re looking for a Maintenance Officer to join our Broughton Hall home based in Camberwell.

Some of the ways you’ll make a difference :

• Maintain a safe and attractive living environment to suit the needs of the residents
• Identify and prioritise resident needs to create a more home-like environment
• Assist the Manager - Property in the selection of tradespeople to undertake specific tasks
• Maintain a planned preventative program along with ensuring documentation requirements are met
• Attend to the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utilities in line with the schedule

To help you achieve this, ideally, you’ll have :

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a trade
• Experience in identifying standards as they relate to the provision of building maintenance
• A customer service focus with the ability to provide solutions
• Electronic Maintenance Management system experience
• A commitment to continuous improvement that enhances resident lives
