Job Purpose: The Maintenance Officer will support the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and customer focused property maintenance and improvement service across the Ross and Cromarty area.
The role contributes to the effective management of the Council's housing stock through inspections, property condition surveys, and the coordination of both reactive and planned maintenance
