Job summary
Our maintenance officers play a vital role within the running of the hospices and take pride within the environment in which they operate. It is the Maintenance Officers responsibility to ensure that all equipment and facilities are fully functioning, keeping the safety of employees and customers at the forefront of everything we do.
Main duties of the jobA key aspect of the role is to identify hazards, investigate accidents and educate employees about risks. As you will be required to work across all 3 hospices and carry out various reactive and planned maintenance tasks a valid UK driving licence is an essential requirement as frequent travel may be required throughout the working day.
