Job description

Based in Wareham, Purbeck Sports Centre is a large multi-activity facility including a 25m swimming pool, sauna, 5 court sports hall, squash court, artificial sports pitches and tennis courts, softplay area and two fully equipped gyms.

We are looking for a part-time maintenance officer to join our customer-focused, friendly dedicated team to assist with the maintenance and management of the swimming pool and plant room. You will be able to demonstrate a background in public facility operations and have previous experience in maintaining buildings, equipment, building security and carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance alongside monthly planned preventative maintenance schedules.

You will be required to maintain the swimming pool and associated plant room. Full training will be given with a requirement to pass the STA Pool Plant qualification if not held.
