Maintenance Officer

Peace Recruitment are currently working with an ambitious housing association who are looking to source an experienced Maintenance Officer for a 3 month temporary contract. They are ideally looking for a candidate who can start immediately and be based out of their Invergordon office.

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with reactive repair inspections and voids.
2. Working within a small team in a varied role.

Requirements:

1. Experience as a Maintenance or Technical Officer, preferably within a housing association (local authority background considered).
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. UK Driving License and own transport for travel to properties.

This role is initially for 3 months but does have the chance of extension for the right candidate or becoming permanent.
