Join Via Westminster Drug Project as a vital member of the Property team, responsible for maintaining a listed building in a scenic area. This role includes routine maintenance, management of asset registers, and support across multiple sites to ensure the highest standards of upkeep and functionality.

Are you a proactive, self-starter who will advise and undertake routine upkeep and maintenance on a listed building, set in a country park, used as a Residential Medical Recovery Centre?
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy Property team providing a multifaceted service to the organisation. You will assist with general maintenance duties.
You will monitor and refine the site’s asset register and PPM schedules to ensure cost-effective upkeep.
You should be available 5 days per week for reactive maintenance across Via’s London and Home Counties portfolio of Service Centres. Some out-of-hours call-out work may be required, but not more than six times per annum.
You must be committed, reliable, hardworking, organized, and highly motivated.
There is flexibility regarding the work location, although support to all Via service locations will be necessary, both virtually and on-site.
This role requires access to a vehicle and a full driver’s license.
