Job summary

Amica Care is seeking a Maintenance Officer for Exmouth Court (Independent Living Site) in Exmouth. This part-time, hands-on role covers repairs, upkeep, and gardening tasks to keep the home safe and welcoming for residents.

You will work closely with colleagues, support contractors, and contribute to a caring, well-maintained living environment. The 7.5-hour weekly schedule suits those with practical skills and a collaborative spirit.
