Overview

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer for a period of 6 months to undertake a role based in Glasgow. You will deliver high quality property services including planned, cyclical, and reactive maintenance, void management, and adaptations. You will also work with external contractors to ensure properties are safe and compliant. The role is to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and manage programmes for planned, cyclical, and major repairs.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed to agreed quality standards and timescales.
• Identify, instruct and inspect repairs.
• Conduct pre- and post-void inspections and ensure timely, efficient re-letting of properties.
• Coordinate safety checks, repairs and refurbishments for void properties.
