Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the team located in South West London.

Role Summary: As a CBRE Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will utilize your advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Working under limited supervision, you will monitor building system operations and performance.

You will utilize several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance to M&E plant in line with statutory requirements and industry standards. You will comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety. You will be an ambassador of CBRE values and behaviors, ensuring a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and that excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted.

You will oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodelling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning. You will perform repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, and complete maintenance and repair records as required. You will respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. A full job description can be provided upon application.
