Maintenance Mechanical Pipefitter

Job Title: Maintenance/Mechanical Pipefitter
Location: Mobile Engineer – predominantly London and Home Counties
Hours of work: 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm

Purpose of the Job:
Supporting the Services Team with the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems at various client’s premises in and around the London area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out works at various client’s sites as directed by the Mechanical Services Manager.
2. Undertake compliance monitoring, planned preventative maintenance.
3. Plumbing.
4. Commercial pipefitting.
5. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
6. Complete required documentation for each job and ensure that it is uploaded to CAFM system.
7. Produce Risk Assessments to the standard expected for each job.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills.
3. A good general education is essential, with a qualification in relevant discipline.
4. Experience with working in client premises and forming working relationships with clients.
5. Full Driving License.
