Job summary

MKC Training in Kent is seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Fitter to join the technical trade training workshops and estates at the Royal School of Military Engineering. The role offers £40K plus benefits and a stable, permanent position with Monday–Friday hours.

Key duties include inspection, testing and repair of mechanical machinery, with opportunities for training and career progression. A full UK driving license is required and the position is on-site.

Unique opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanical Fitter to join a prestigious training facility in Chatham, Kent.

£40K + excellent benefits, training and career prospects. 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday) - no weekends or shiftwork required, permanent.

The Maintenance Mechanical Fitter will work on inspection, testing and repair of mechanical machinery and equipment used within the technical trade training workshops, offices and classrooms covered by MKC Training estates at the Royal School of Military Engineering (including Brompton, Wainscott and Maidstone).
