Maintenance Manufacturing Engineer - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)

Entity, Location – Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood.

Our maintenance team are responsible for the maintenance of production equipment across a variety of departments. As a part of the team, you will work alongside our maintenance team to improve machine durability, performance, and longevity.

  • IT / Robotics / Mechanical / Electrical diagnostic work and problem solving.
  • Contractor management.
  • Data analysis.

What should you bring along?

  • Studying a bachelor’s or integrated master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in an Engineering or relevant course.
  • Structured problem solving.
