Job description
Overview

Tristonenash are working with a social housing provider to assist them with their search for a Maintenance Manager on a temporary basis.

The primary function of this role is to carry out all aspects of management responsibilities within the property services department, managing supervisors, surveyors and direct line of trades staff to provide direct service delivery across the operational area. This will include induction, day-to-day line management, training, and deployment of assistant managers, surveyors and trades staff to deliver the services required by residents.

The role is to assist with meeting key performance indicators, with a strong focus on daily performance and efficiency to ensure the service delivery is to a high standard. Daily team performance and monitoring is a fundamental part of the role, with reporting of monthly KPIulfillment to evidence performance required.

Qualifications / Experience
