This is a growing FMCG business with a strong manufacturing facility. The Engineering Site Services Manager will be a key member of the Engineering Team, ensuring the smooth running of the site and fostering collaboration across all functions.

The role involves overseeing utilities, water, air, and effluent systems, which are critical for the plant's operation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing site services and facilities within a manufacturing environment, with supervisory or management experience, as this role reports to a small team providing support across key areas.

Role responsibilities include:

• Overseeing maintenance of utilities infrastructure, including steam boilers, HVAC systems, compressed air systems, and refrigeration units.

• Monitoring air quality and maintaining safe indoor air standards, including ventilation and emission controls.
