Job summary

Bigblue UK in London is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee prime residential properties after refurbishment, taking ownership from snagging through to small works.

You’ll manage multiple high-end sites with a small trades team, act as the main client contact on site, and drive high standards for UHNW clients.

The role offers autonomy to shape your patch and a £60,000 salary plus package.

Maintenance Manager – Prime Residential

I’m working with a respected high-end residential contractor looking for a Maintenance Manager to look after some seriously impressive London properties once the major refurbishment work is finished.

You’ll step in after handover and take ownership of everything that follows, from snagging and defects through to small works, client changes and the inevitable “while you’re here, can we just change this one thing?” Which, as we all know, is never just one thing.

You’ll be managing multiple high‑end properties at once, overseeing a small team of trusted trades and acting as the key point of contact for UHNW clients. This is a front‑facing role, so you’ll need to be comfortable picking up the phone, being on site and finding solutions rather than hiding behind emails.
