Your Role in the Company

As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee activities related to contractual overhaul services and business objectives. You will collaborate with a Materials Manager and lead a team of Engineers, focusing on meeting contractual obligations and exploring business development opportunities. Some UK and European travel may be required to liaise with other CAF projects or suppliers.

Daily Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver contract management services following policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Monitor overhaul expenditure against contract budgets.
  • Ensure overhaul programme compliance, producing plans in the required format with relevant information.
  • Conduct review meetings internally and with clients, facilitating interfaces regarding material availability, warranty, and stores.
  • Prepare reports on budget variations and supply information to and from suppliers.
  • Establish and manage procedures and processes for service delivery.
  • Handle contract disputes, escalating when necessary.
  • Support overhaul activities and additional services.
  • Regularly audit overhaul activities.
  • Govern key project and business processes including HSQE, Training, Risk Management, Financial Reporting, and Materials Management.
  • Participate in cross-project meetings.
  • Manage employee appraisals for Maintenance Engineers.
  • Ensure all team members receive proper induction, training, and development.
