Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in FMCG/Plastics/Food & Beverage or related sectors.
• Proven ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance and improvements.
• Hands-on engineering capability with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers.
• Plan and coordinate planned preventive maintenance.
• Manage reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Support fault finding across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with production to improve equipment reliability.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Ensure health and safety standards and engineering procedures are maintained.
• Support engineering projects, installations and machinery upgrades.
