We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for a renowned college in Cambridge. In this role, you will oversee critical services including general maintenance, space management, and decorating to support the college's daily operations. You will report directly to the Director of Works and collaborate closely with the Hard Service Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing general maintenance, space management, and decorating activities
• Supervising maintenance staff to ensure high performance and safety standards
• Conducting regular inspections of facilities and equipment
• Managing maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools and parts
• Coordinating with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
• Monitoring and reporting on maintenance KPIs and system performance
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Leading initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance reliability and reduce costs
