Job Responsibilities

1. Take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, including upkeep of facilities and managing the maintenance team.
2. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations.
3. Allocate responsibilities to team members, complete daily jobs, and schedule preventative maintenance with attention to detail.
4. Meet deadlines, liaise with contractors, and oversee health and safety on the property.
5. Maintain organization, communicate effectively, and manage hands-on maintenance tasks.
6. Experience in a maintenance role within a similar quality hotel is required; knowledge of electrics and health & safety is beneficial. Computer literacy is essential for compliance and audits.
