Danone Türkiye is seeking a talented Maintenance Manager, Hendek to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining high standards of maintenance, safety, quality, and productivity.
  2. Supporting autonomous and planned maintenance activities within TPM methodology.
  3. Preparing and implementing the annual maintenance plan.
  4. Ensuring the continuity of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  5. Developing and improving preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
  6. Managing energy efficiency projects and analyzing energy consumption.
  7. Preparing the maintenance budget and controlling costs.
  8. Managing spare parts and technical inventory.
  9. Monitoring KPIs (e.g., MTTR, MTBF, OEE) and implementing improvements.
  10. Conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures.
  11. Representing maintenance during audits.
  12. Managing outsourced maintenance services and leading crisis scenarios.
  13. Fostering a supportive environment for team growth.
About You

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Machine, Electric, Electronic, Mechatronics).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
  • Energetic and passionate work approach.
  • Residing or willing to reside in Sakarya region.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented and open to development.
