Job Description - Maintenance Manager - Gas and Electrical Compliance (25981)

Join us as a Maintenance Manager for Gas and Electrical Compliance at our office in Maryport, with hybrid working options. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a salary of approximately £55,000 annually plus benefits including a health cash plan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Gas and Electrical teams to deliver high-quality services on our properties.
  • Managing performance of teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet legislative and KPI standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with Gas Safe and Electrical legislation as the responsible person.
  • Providing accurate forecasting, budget management, and driving service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in gas and electrical compliance within housing/maintenance sectors.
  • Strong program management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical or gas disciplines, with knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
  • Proven track record in budget management and commercial acumen.

Additional details:

  • 37.5 hours/week, flexible hours, hybrid working environment.
