Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a large industrial site near Worksop/Mansfield. The role is a 50/50 split between mechanical and electrical work, with day hours and flexible times to suit a family–friendly balance.

You will oversee maintenance across the facility, lead a two-person team, and be hands-on with PPM and electrical fault finding, including crane maintenance. Commutable to Worksop, Mansfield, and surrounding towns.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing maintenance operations
• Strong hands-on maintenance background in electrical & mechanical systems
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate with other departments

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across the facility and lead a two-person engineering team
• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and electrical fault finding
• Carry out electrical maintenance on onsite cranes, with some working at heights
