What We Expect from You:

• A team player with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of hotel maintenance, IT systems, and OPERA
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of plant maintenance and Saeker is desirable
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Maintenance Manager in the hospitality industry

As a Maintenance Manager, You Will:

• Ensure the execution of the hotel's preventive maintenance programme
• Manage and monitor all utilities to ensure effective operation
• Serve as the Health and Safety representative for the building
• Maintain and update H&S folders and conduct internal audits for compliance
• Oversee daily maintenance and future refurbishment works, ensuring they are completed efficiently, within budget, and to high standards
• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members
