Salary: From £30,000 Dependant on experience
Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours, 5 days a week. Shifts will include weekends and bank holidays

As our Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our maintenance and grounds team. From handling reactive repairs and leading park improvement projects to overseeing the upkeep of grounds and guest accommodation, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards across the park.
This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be actively involved in maintenance tasks, supporting the team while managing work allocation, performance, and compliance with health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-focused individual with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to maintenance and grounds management. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be organised, adaptable, and capable of prioritising tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You should have practical experience in property and site maintenance, with a solid understanding of health and safety regulations. This is a team-focused role, so you’ll also need to demonstrate effective communication, delegation, and the ability to motivate others to deliver high standards. A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
