Job Description
Interim Maintenance Manager required to look after procurement and contract management using existing supply chain, who will then seek to develop and manage a further framework of planned and reactive maintenance contractors
You will assist in the development and implementation of a planned repairs and maintenance programme, ensuring relevant audits are engaged, completed and acted upon in a timely manner.
You will lead the preparation of work specifications in order to obtain quotes and tenders, negotiate with contractors where required and manage the capital program to develop and improve the existing portfolio.
