Netley Court is a purpose-built 65 bedded residential care home set in the heart of the village of Netley Abbey caring for dementia and residential residents.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role involves working within a team which is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Manage maintenance staff and contractors.
  4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
