Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Contractors in terms of their delivery of preservation and maintenance.
• Overseeing all preservation and operational maintenance activities throughout the asset's lifespan until project handover.
• Ensuring that suppliers and project teams comprehend the Project Preservation Process and expectations.
• Organising maintenance work order audits on behalf of the Client, including compliance with Contractor's preservation practices.
• Identifying new assets arriving on site and developing new maintenance activities.
• Liaison with the Client to establish asset management requirements.
• Maintaining traceability and delivering process-related information.
• Managing preservation maintenance records through the AMS database.
• Conducting preservation and maintenance activities following OP-852 management procedures, approved documentation, and relevant Licence conditions.
• Ensuring compliance records and documentation are produced and maintained to meet quality, performance, standards, and legislative requirements.
• Providing Preservation status reports to Construction and Commissioning Managers.
• Tracking and forecasting the documentation progress and quality delivered by disciplines and project teams performing preservations on-site.
• Providing monthly performance and trend reports.
• Acting as a subject matter expert to support strategic company goals.

Job Requirements:

• Substantial experience in the preservation and maintenance of large facilities within a project environment.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in deploying maintenance strategies and processes.
• Proven track record in complex project delivery, preferably in defence or similar technical sectors.
• A degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Current holder of Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance, or willing to obtain.
