Responsibilities: The Maintenance Manager will perform all maintenance duties at the Genesis corporate campus in Kennett Square, PA.

  • Make recommendations for the maintenance and repair of the physical plant, equipment, grounds, life safety code corrections.
  • Obtain and/or review estimates for certain repairs and renovations of the physical plant and physical plant's stationary equipment.
  • Provide input for both capital and operating budgets.
  • Survey to insure preventative maintenance programs are being adhered to and for general maintenance and upkeep of the campus and equipment.
  • Perform necessary repairs and/or replacements as directed, when the expertise required is above the capabilities of in-house maintenance staff.
  • Monitor progress of work through written reports as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to be used in the Maintenance Department at the corporate campus.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Related Technical School degree and/or five years' experience in physical plant repairs, maintenance, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience in management and training of maintenance personnel.

Posted Salary Range: USD $25.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr.
