Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Regional Maintenance Manager on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The position will be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Role Overview

The role involves delivering and managing all maintenance works on properties from inception to completion.

Main Duties

1. Inspecting damp/mould cases
2. Void inspections
3. Complex repair inspections and coordinating contractors
4. Managing grounds maintenance contracts
5. Overseeing planned projects such as decoration and path replacements
