Salary: £55,659.45 - £60,896.91 per year

Contract Type: Permanent

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: 35 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager. You will be a dynamic, motivated, and competent individual with a passion for public sector excellence and the ability to lead a large and complex service with associated budgets.

You will have a track record of achievement and leading change, with the enthusiasm and drive to deliver value-for-money, tenant-focused repairs & maintenance services. You will have experience managing in a large organization and the ability to stay calm under pressure to deliver consistent results.

You will be an emotionally intelligent leader with strong communication skills to collaborate and build strong relationships with peers, elected members, Trade Unions, and the workforce.

The Individual
