Job description

One of the most varied roles in the hotel, you will be a jack of all trades and a master of all. You will be on hand to fix issues in guest rooms to ensure a faultless stay, ensure our spa and gyms operate seamlessly, and that public areas look fresh and inviting.

What we need from you:
  • Extensive general maintenance experience, including plumbing and electrical skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and monitor a small team for safe and efficient operation of all plant and equipment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of hotel security and emergency procedures.
  • Proactive, quick thinking, and adept at fixing maintenance issues.
  • Build good relationships with contractors and suppliers for cost-effective outcomes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • A team player, collaborating closely with other departments.
