Maintenance Manager
£50,000 - £55,000
Ely, Cambridgeshire
Days 7am-3.30pm (one in two Saturday mornings)

Are you an electrically biased maintenance engineer who has had some line management or supervisory experience looking to step up into their first management role?

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a team of two other engineers.
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies including health, safety, and environmental.
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
  • Monitor expenses and control maintenance budget.

Experience and Qualification:

  • Line management or supervisory experience.
  • Engineering related degree preferred.
