We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our esteemed blue chip client.

This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring optimal building performance, effectively managing maintenance teams, and driving operational efficiency in a critical environment.

Responsibilities

  • - Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, infrastructure, and other critical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • - Conduct thorough inspections to proactively identify and promptly address potential maintenance issues, minimizing any potential disruptions.
  • - Efficiently manage and coordinate planned maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls to minimize operational disruptions.
  • - Provide leadership and mentorship to the maintenance team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective training and development initiatives.
  • - Collaborate closely with facility management and stakeholders to align maintenance efforts with operational requirements.
  • - Source, manage, and evaluate third-party vendors to optimize service delivery and achieve cost-effectiveness.
