Job summary

Brook Street is seeking a reliable maintenance operative to support our 24/7 housing with 40 hours per week. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, completing day-to-day repairs, and responding to emergency maintenance issues to keep accommodation safe and welcoming for residents and staff.

A commitment to working in a trauma-informed environment is essential. Experience in building services or a similar role is preferred, with the ability to manage workload and respond

Role Overview

The position involves:

House provides supported accommodation for up to 123 adult men experiencing homelessness and offers services designed to help residents rebuild independence and stability.
