What you will do...
  • Lead and manage all maintenance operations to ensure smooth park functioning.
  • Plan and oversee repair schedules and groundwork, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
  • Monitor and record maintenance activities, including time, costs, and materials.
  • Ensure safety and readiness of equipment and tools, complying with Health & Safety standards.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and owners by addressing maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle the siting and relocation of holiday homes safely, coordinating with contractors to meet project objectives.
  • Support safeguarding and safety policies on-site, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance.
