We're Hiring: Maintenance Lead & Production Support

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance professional to join a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

What You’ll Do

As Maintenance Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping our facilities and equipment operating efficiently. You’ll work closely with the operations team to:

  • Oversee maintenance activities and ensure reliability across site infrastructure.
  • Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and resource usage.
  • Lead repair and enhancement projects, coordinating internal teams and external contractors.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and improve maintenance effectiveness.
  • Champion change, innovation, and operational excellence across the team.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Experienced in maintenance coordination or engineering within a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Skilled in team leadership and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Practical understanding of maintenance planning, reliability analysis, and preventative strategies.
  • Ideally holds a technical qualification (HNC, HND, or equivalent) and has at least 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.
