Job description

As the Maintenance Lead, you will support the delivery of maintenance services, ensuring safe, high-quality environments for all patients, staff, and visitors across Schoen Clinic York.

Main duties of the job

The role requires overseeing appointed maintenance contractors to ensure work complies with health and safety guidelines, meets quality and performance standards, and delivers value in planned and reactive FM services.

Reporting to the Hospital Director, the Maintenance Lead will be central to all maintenance activities, ensuring an efficient reactive and planned maintenance service.
