Job description

Pinnacle Group is seeking Maintenance & Labourer Support - to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, Staffordshire, ST14.

Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site including:
- industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.

This is a Full-Time Role - Tuesday to Saturday - working Tuesday to Thursday 11am to 7pm & Friday / Saturday 8 am - 4pm (time and one half paid on Saturday) plus the option for overtime & a potential £150 bonus per month for no sickness and work completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside the JCB Maintenance team to carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors.
• Cleaning of Paint booths / Welding / Shot blast area which will involve jet washing, floor scrubber drier, confined space cleaning, high-level cleaning, and other specialist cleaning duties.
• Operate industrial electrical cleaning equipment and power tools including hammers, chisels, and Dry Ice Blasters in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Waste management - collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.
• Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Skills & Key requirements

• Experience working to tight schedules.
• Physically fit, and capable of working with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• High-Level deep Cleaning (working at height).
• Able to work in Confined Spaces.
