Job summary

A leading Maintenance Contractor in Manchester is seeking a Maintenance Joiner to work on planned and reactive projects across commercial properties in the North West. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry/Joinery and experience in maintenance work. This permanent role offers a salary of up to £34k along with a van and fuel card. A clean driving license is necessary for the company van.

Job description

My client are a leading Maintenance Contractor who are based in Manchester and have been established for over 100 years, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees.

They are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Joiner to join them on a permanent basis, working on planned and reactive maintenance projects to Commercial, Education & Retail properties across the North West (mainly Greater Manchester and some work in Liverpool).

• They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Joiner to join them on a permanent basis.
• Type of work will largely be reactive maintenance and small works to commercial properties - retail stores, offices etc. across the North West. A van is provided.
• You will ideally an NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in Carpentry/Joinery.

The salary is up to approximately £34k plus van and fuel card - please note a clean driving licence is required for use of the company van.
