ABM UK is seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer / Maintenance Joiner to provide maintenance services for London Fire Brigade locations. This role involves both planned maintenance and reactive support, including managing sub-contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Facilities Management, possess key trade qualifications, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

LOCATION: London Fire Brigade - East London (Mobile)
HOURS: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
PAY RATE: £37,000 + van

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
To provide planned maintenance as per the PPM planner and reactive support to site for any calls relating to the fabric services for the sites. This role will have a level of sub-contractor management for attending specialist sub-contractors. The role is based in an operational fire stations.
