Maintenance Joiner - Edinburgh - Salary up to £35,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and reliable Mobile Maintenance Joiner to join a well-established facilities management team. This is a mobile role covering various sites across Edinburgh and the surrounding area, where you’ll be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality joinery and general maintenance services across both domestic and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of joinery tasks, including repairs, installations, and general carpentry work in both domestic and commercial properties including 1st & 2nd fix.
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance across multiple properties.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve joinery-related issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety standards.
  • Travel between client sites (company vehicle provided).
Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Joinery/Carpentry.
  • Proficient with joinery tools, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
